I was born and raised in Cedar Hill, TX (a suburb about 15miles south of downtown Dallas) to Nigerian-born parents. My siblings inspire me daily. I have an older sister who is a dentist, an older brother who is a teacher and coach, and a younger brother that plays for the Baltimore Raven. I enjoy music, cooking, traveling, and laughing. I'm extremely excited to be teaching Biology & Food Science this year!
I graduated from Texas State University with my Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a minor in Music. At Texas State, I connected with the school in many facets from serving in the African Student Organization to leading orientation sessions and mentoring programs to being president of the Mu Nu chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. My experiences there have made me who I am today.
