The inaugural Family Engagement Conference was a success this past Friday and Saturday, attracting hundreds of families from throughout the Manor area.
The conference focused on ways for families to stay engaged with their schools, children, and communities while providing fun activities for the whole families. The conference aims to build better families, engage families more in our schools, build relationships, and connect service providers to families.
Manor ISD officials will also use the conference as a basis for future events.
FAMILY stands for Focused, Achievement, Motivating, Interdependence, Love, and healthY living.
